A vine in the city, a vine in the vineyard
This urban-rural duality is a strong feature of our estate, located in Vertou at the gateway to Nantes, in the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation area.
Here, we proudly defend the colors of Nantes wines, cultivating, among other things, Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche, the two grape varieties endemic to the region.
Our organic agriculture is based on the main principles of agroecology. From our grapes, we create wines as free as the Loire and as creative as the city of Nantes.
Our watchword is balance, which we strive to achieve in our soils, our viticulture, our vines, through our wines and the work of those who work alongside us

Throughout the year, we welcome numerous students, interns and researchers, who bring their curiosity and energy to get involved in our farming practices, our winemaking processes and our marketing initiatives.

Every time we meet you, we share some news about the estate and its development. On a weekly basis, we communicate on social networks, aiming to deliver content that allows readers to understand a little more about the story behind each bottle of wine.
🇫🇷 Travail des sols des nouvelles plantations 🌿.
Avant de planter une nouvelle parcelle, nous semons du sarrasin l’année précédente. Cette culture temporaire améliore la structure du sol, limite l’enherbement et favorise la biodiversité, une étape essentielle pour préparer le terrain à de nouvelles vignes.
À l`automne, nous allons amender en compost et semer de nouveaux couverts végétaux pour un apport optimal de matière organique.
Ce sont des pratiques simples, efficaces et durables, pour accompagner notre vigne dès le départ.
🇺🇸 Soil preparation for new plantings.
Before planting a new plot, we sow buckwheat the previous year. This temporary crop improves soil structure, limits weed growth and promotes biodiversity - an essential step in preparing the ground for new vines.
In autumn, we`ll apply compost and sow new plant cover crops for an optimal supply of organic matter.
These are simple, effective and sustainable practices to support our vines right from the start.

🇫🇷 Les Trois Toits vu de derrière 😉.
Sur cette nouvelle parcelle, nos jeunes plants sont soigneusement attachés à leurs tuteurs. Un geste important pour les aider à bien grandir, droits et solides.
Et pendant ce temps-là… nos vignerons se plient en quatre (et en deux !) pour que tout soit bien fait. Oui, le dos en prend un coup, mais c’est pour la bonne cause !

🇫🇷 Le compte à rebours est officiellement lancé… ⏳
Nos ceps sont en pleine effervescence : les grappes se forment, les fleurs s’épanouissent, et la vigne embaume l’air à l’approche de l’été.
Dans le vignoble nantais, une règle d’or guide les vignerons : 90 jours après la fin de la floraison du Melon de Bourgogne, c’est l’heure des vendanges.
Autant dire que le millésime 2025 est déjà en marche.

Our vines are bursting with life: grape clusters are forming, flowers are blooming, and the vineyard is filled with the scent of summer approaching.
In the Nantes vineyard, winemakers follow a golden rule: 90 days after the Melon de Bourgogne finishes flowering, it’s harvest time.
