Description :

This cuvée is our first complete creation. The grapes are grown on a plot that was fallow in 2019. We put the plot back into cultivation using an innovative agronomic approach: no ploughing, hoeing, plant cover and complantés (a mixture of grape varieties on the same bed) in the middle of trees, biodiversity monitoring with grassy headlands, a flower meadow, a beehive and wood in the plot. The vines have repaid our efforts with quality grapes that are full of flavour and substance.
