Nell, a character from Jules Verne's novel Les Indes Noires, grew up in the dark, in a mine. When she emerged from the pit as a teenager, she was astonished to discover the world. Like her, this Folle Blanche maceration wine has been kept in casks all its youth. Harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning, it macerates for 10 days, matures for 18 months and is gently bottled to produce a pure product.
